Kampala and Surrounding Areas: Low-cost delivery for items delivered within the capital and its outskirts.
Upcountry Areas: Affordable and reliable delivery to other towns and regions across Uganda.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select and your location:

Kampala and Surrounding Areas: Same Day Delivery
Upcountry Areas: 1–3 business days (Standard Shipping)

During busy periods like holidays and sales, delivery times may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number. You can easily track your package’s progress on our website to know exactly when to expect it.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, we’ll contact you to reschedule. In cases where multiple delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and our customer service team will reach out to arrange another delivery.
